As a service to our families Kid Angel is giving away free cell phones to qualifying parties. Please read below to see if you qualify. If you do please fill out the online application and submit. We will contact you within 7 days of your submittal.

You may qualify if:

1. You already participate in other State or Federal assistance program such as Federal Public Housing, Food Stamps and Medicaid
2. Your total household income is at or below the poverty guidelines set by the State of Ca. ($22,000 a year for a family of 4)
3. No one in your household is receiving free cell phone service from another agency.
4. You must have a valid United States Postal Address for proof of residence; you must live at the residence and can receive mail from the US Post Office.
5. You must have lived in the United States for a minimum of 5 years.

In addition to meeting the guidelines above you will also be required to provide proof of your participation in an assistance program, and/ or proof of your income level. Once approved you will be able to pick up your Free cell phone with minutes at one of our Learning Lab sites.
