All forms must be filled out completely in English or Spanish.
All Scholarship programs can be given in Language Arts, Reading or Mathematics. Each scholarship is for a total of 30 instructional hours, minimum 4 hours per week. The value of each scholarship is $1500.00.
All Scholarships are valid for grades K through 8.
All submitted forms will be reviewed and verified by our Board of Directors.
All applications will be reviewed in the order received.
All Scholarship programs will be held at one of our Kid Angel Learning Lab locations.
Parents signing this form and submitting the applications are agreeing to bring their student to our lab location for the full 30-hour program.
There are NO exceptions or exclusions to these instructions.

For Low-Fee Scholarships
Download, fill out and mail both “Registration Paperwork” documents to Kid Angel Learning Lab for acceptance in our “Low Fee Based” Literacy programs:

These fees are designed to assist parents in getting academic assistance for their child if they do not qualify for our FREE Scholarship program.

We offer these programs in Language Arts, Reading and Mathematics. They consist of 30 hours in any one of these subject areas. The 30 hours include as consultation with the students teacher, a pretest to see what skills the student is missing, the learning path and then the post test to measure our gain.

The low fee based price is $15.00 and hour which is $450.00 total for the 30 hours. Normal fee is $45 an hour.

All of our Learning lab sites offer our low fee based programs.

A $100.00 deposit is required when submitting your application. Balance of $350.00 is due before first day of classes.
